Rehvdraid can be consumed as required to combat dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea. Rehydraid can also be consumed to help manage dehydration caused by heavy sweating, strenuous exercise, fever, excess alcohol consumption, or hot/dry climate exposure.

My youngest loves these!
